Product Returns

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Please not the item is our responsibility until it reached us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the reason for return and should be forwarded in the original packaging to the following address.
